Dr. LoPiccolo is a graduate of the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine
and is residency trained through the Iowa Health Systems at Trinity Regional Medical Center. He served as chief resident in 2000-2001. He has been in practice since 2001 in Carteret County. He currently serves on the advisory Board at Carteret General Hospital for Diabetic Education and also serves on the board for The Tiller School, an elementary charter school in Beaufort, NC. He is Board Certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery
and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons
. His surgical interests include reconstructive foot surgery, ankle instability repair, and utilizing surgery to heal patients with chronic diabetic foot ulcers. He enjoys fishing, travel, golf, and spending time with his family.
Dr. Reagan Buie Parrish, AACFAS
Dr. Parrish received her B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from NC State University and her Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from the William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, IL. She completed her surgical residency at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL and has recently relocated to her home state of North Carolina. She enjoys fishing, kayaking, biking, hiking, and cheering on her wolfpack at NC State football/basketball games.
